IMI (Municipal Property Tax)

Payment of the 2nd installment of the Municipal Property Tax for the previous year when the amount exceeds €500. For the married couples who are not separated from persons and goods or who are de facto united, in cases of urban properties for own and permanent residence, in which they have fixed the respective domicile, the mentioned amount applies to the entire tax due, even if the property is co-owned. – CD – NG – OE
